In only 20 minutes from Amsterdam Centraal, you can buy organic freshly grounded wheat flour, oat, spelt and nuts flour, milled on site with dutch seeds (which is pretty rare!).
Molen de Vriendschap in Weesp lets you go up the ladders and see how the flour you may buy[1] is grinded.
