“Hete Bliksem” was the stamppot taught to The Soft Protest, Digest by Marco Kamber. It mainly consisted of a combination of potatoes, apples and parsnip, mashed together. Meaning “Hot lightning”, the “Hete Bliksem” is supposed to be eaten very hot.
