Les courses - ride 2
“Les Courses” ride 2: 28th of February, towards the west of Paris, Ile de France.
We went to visit the farm of Grignon, which belongs to AgroParisTech school of agriculture. This farm is shared by different researcher & students to experiment on new ways of producing food according to the ongoing climate change.
There is a shop in the farm, where you can get products made from young students from all around France. You can find crème fraiche, andouillette, tripes à la mode de Caen (variety meat), cheeses, apple jam, honey, etc. You can support the next generation while treating yourself!
